My project included building out unfinished basement space. I wanted two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Matt, with Bay Area Basements, was referred to me by a friend who highly recommended them. While we have not hired Matt O'Neal's company for a basement, we have done some extensive projects with him with great success. Bay Area Basements did a fantastic job converting our unfinished basement. What started out as an unfinished storage area and a concrete slab, was professionally converted to a separate laundry room and a family friendly gathering and entertainment room where we spend a majority of our time. There is no one I would trust more for a project than these guys. I've hired several different crews for the three houses we've owned, and none came close to the quality of BAB. Matt, the owner, is a craftsman when it comes to details! We really appreciate the clear communication and integrity with which his company operates. BAB finished our basement in budget, and on schedule despite the pandemic delays. Would definitely hire again.
