Creating Extraordinary Basement Spaces

Matt started his career in the residential home-building industry in 1998. He began by framing homes and then became a foreman for a premiere remodeling firm in Annapolis. In 2012, Matt and his wife Jenna started O'Neal Renovations. For the last 13 years, they've been completing projects from additions to whole home remodels and everything in between. Amongst the various projects during those years, they completed many basement remodels and always particularly enjoyed these projects. In 2024, they started a new division of O'Neal Renovations called Bay Area Basments. They are excited to use their expertise and many years of experience to deliver the premiere basement remodeling service in the area.
